Please use the Donations webpage to make donations towards the Global Bethelites Family Conference 2026. Any donation or contribution made towards the Conference is tax deductible. There is a 3% processing fee by the online payment system which will be deducted from the amount. Conference registration is not tax-deductible. Any donation checks should be made payable to Bethel International Worship Center.

• Prayer Requests, Praise Reports, Questions for Q&A

Any prayer requests can be submitted via the registration form. Any prayer requests during the conference can be submitted in writing to the staff members or reception desk. The prayer subjects will be prayed over by the Servants of God during the sessions.

All questions for the Discussion or Q&A  should be submitted in writing to the staff members or reception desk. All questions will be reviewed and addressed during the session, time permitting.

• Travel & Hotel

Newark Liberty International Airport is the closest airport, around 24 miles to the Conference site. Metropark train Station is about 10 miles from the Conference site. Please arrange self convenient means to travel to the Conference site.

​

Hotel rooms are available with King size beds or double beds. Hotel discounted rate is available for June 16 - 22. Hotel check in time is 3 pm and checkout is 12 pm. Hotel discounted rate of $121 plus tax per night for the conference includes breakfast for upto 2 adults and 2 kids. Additional adults in the room will be charged $10 per night. Group discounted rate may be discontinued by hotel after June 1.

• International Visitors

All Bethelites and all interested believers are invited to attend the Global Bethelites Family Conference. International Visitors will be responsible for arranging their Visa and Immigration procedures. 

​

• Refund Policy

Refunds will be considered for any requests to withdraw registration till May 17th 2026. Please send an email to gbfc2024@gmail.com with the registration details and reason to withdraw. Refund if approved, will be done by check in the mail. $25 will be deducted from the original amount of registration. There will be no refund of donations.
